Criminal

We act in all Criminal matters including:

• Drink-driving matters ranging from low range, mid-range and high range PCA to causing serious injury or death
• Assaults including malicious wounding and/or malicious damage to property
• Domestic Violence Orders and Apprehended Violence Orders and ensuring the safety of our clients are met at all times
• District Court appeals in general when clients are not satisfied with the outcome of a Local Court matter involving sentencing and/or fine with regard to a drink driving matter
• Driving matters
• Attending all Local Courts, Children’s Court and District Courts in the Sydney Metropolitan Area including but not limited to the Downing Centre Local Court, Sydney District Court and Waverley Local Court
• Briefing counsel if and when necessary and organising and attending Barrister’s conferences in Chamber and attending Court to assist Barrister’s and ensure the wellbeing of our clients
• Liaising with Police, Prosecutors, Probation and Parole, State and Commonwealth DPP and welfare officers to ensure that the interests and needs of our clients are well taken care of to obtain the best possible outcome for our clients
