Debt Recovery

We act in debt recovery at the Local Court, District Court, and the Supreme Court jurisdictions. This includes:

• If you have a claim against you by another person or company
• If you have a claim against another person or company

We can prepare a statement of claim and summons, as well as a defence, and appear on your behalf in Court. We will try to negotiate and settle the matter for you outside of the Court to avoid large legal costs.
