  • whether one spouse will provide financial support for the other (spousal maintenance)

  • liaising with the Child Support Agency in terms of child maintenance and the review of a Child Support assessment if you are not happy with the maintenance you are receiving

  • outlining the very important differences between how the law treats married couples, as opposed to de facto couples in NSW and advising you of your rights and responsibilities
  • advising you in regard to disputes about children of your de facto relationship. If it becomes necessary to take steps to protect your rights and those of your children, we act on your behalf in these proceedings in the Family or the Federal Magistrates Court
