We act in the Land and Environment Court in matters including the appeal of council decisions that are not of satisfaction to you.
This applies to residential properties as well as commercial properties.
We will prepare the originating process on your behalf, attend call-overs and hearings, and brief experts as required and agreed between the parties. We also act in the appeals of Land and Environment court decisions. Often, we will try to negotiate with the council to prepare consent orders so that the matter can be settled without escalating to a costly hearing.
